Many of Earl Beatty’s events depend on volunteers from the Earl Beatty community and their families. Events like the dance-a-thon, Fun Fair and movie nights couldn’t happen without dedicated volunteers. We are always looking for new volunteers to help with the many roles involved in running these events. Please consider helping out with one of the events listed below. There are more events to come!

Fun Fair (mid-June)
URGENT – FUN FAIR COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
EBSAC needs more volunteers to help plan and organize our annual Fun Fair tentatively set for this June 2023.
Without committee volunteers we CANNOT hold our much anticipated Fun Fair that brings in thousands of dollars to support student achievement.
We need 20 volunteers to take actionable steps by attending monthly virtual meetings and to help with the following:
* Donations and Silent Auction
* Activities and Entertainment
* Food and Beverages
* Set up and take down
Our next Fun Fair committee meeting is Wednesday Feb 1, 2023 from 8:00-9:00 p.m.
