Did you know there are 2 pink shirt days? The last day Wednesday in February is International Pink Shirt Day where we encourage everyone to wear pink to show you stand against bullying. One in 5 children are bullied daily! Visit www.pinkshirtday.ca to find out more information as well as how you can get involved in raising awareness.
The second day of pink is called the The International Day of Pink which is a worldwide anti-bullying and anti-homophobia event held annually during the second week of April. While this day also is an opportunity to stand against bullying the Day of Pink is more specifically aimed towards anti-LGBTQ+ bullying which begun after a Canadian high school student witnessed another student being bullied for wearing a pink shirt!
Please be kind to one another out there!

This is an AMAZING initiative by Club Sandwich. They literally sandwich the meal gap in Toronto!
If you are able to support them, make sandwiches from home and drop them off at MCC Toronto (located off Howland Road on the south side of 115 Simpson Avenue). Contactless drop-offs make this so easy!
They are servicing 9 local Toronto missions at the moment and hope to expand.
How can you help? Make & drop of sandwiches or help deliver them once and awhile. Every little bit helps feed Toronto’s homeless and food insecure.

Have a safe, warm and fun long weekend!

Today marks the last day of our Earl Beatty Olympics! A great time was had by all. What country did your child(ren) represent?

Happy Valentines Day to everyone! Be kind. Be nice. Share the love!
