Monday, October 5
Earl Beatty School Library
Doors open at 6:00 PM with pizza
Meeting begins at 6:15 PM
Childcare will be available

Come meet the EBSAC team, learn more about what we do, hear an update on last year’s fundraising and find out what we’re planning for the year ahead.

We’ll also be holding elections for the 2026–27 EBSAC council. If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, this is a great opportunity to learn more, meet other parents and caregivers, and find a way to contribute that works for you.

Everyone is welcome — we’d love to see some new faces!

More information about RSVPs, childcare and joining EBSAC will be shared shortly.

Saturday, June 13: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Earl Beatty

This year, we’ve got a great mix of returning favourites—like the giant bouncies, photo booth, reptile zoo, facepainting and silent auction—along with some exciting additions, including carnival games, zap-a-mole, airbrush tattoos, a 50/50 draw, a toddler bouncy, and a wide variety of games (with prizes!).

Earl Beatty’s annual Fun Fair is one of the biggest fundraisers and the biggest event that EBSAC holds. The proceeds from the Fun Fair go to enhancing student wellbeing and contributing to things like school buses for field trips, books for the library, indoor and outdoor recess equipment, grade 5 & 8 graduation celebrations, ukulele program, and other school/parent requests. It’s also a great way to celebrate with our community the end of the school year.

This year, class baskets have been replaced by a 50/50 raffle! But we are still accepting items for our silent auction and other activities!
